I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor through the state of Ohio. I am competent using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and Motivational Interviewing . Each individual is unique which will determine the treatment modality used during the session.

My goal as a Licensed Professional Counselor is to help you process through these decisions in order to holistically grow as a person. Through counseling, I will utilize an eclectic approach by incorporating ACT, CBT, DBT, and person-centered interventions. I work with various populations with the mindset of valuing cultural diversity and acceptance of others.
